The Primary Presidency's Stress Diet

My mother-in-law is cleaning out her file cabinet. Tonight she came to me and said, "I thought you might want to try this diet." She smiled, handed me a little piece of paper and walked away. It is so wonderful, I want to share it with all of you.

The Primary Presidency's Stress Diet:

Breakfast:
1/2 grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat toast
8 oz. skim milk

Lunch:
4 oz. lean broiled chicken
1 cup steamed zucchini
1 Oreo cookie
1 cup V-8 juice

Mid-Afternoon Snack:
Rest of the package of Oreos
1 quart Rocky Road ice cream
1 jar hot fudge

Dinner:
2 loaves garlic bread
1 large pepperoni pizza
1 large bottle of Sprite
5 Milky Way bars
1 entire frozen cheesecake, eaten directly from the freezer.

Enjoy!

For those of you who are familiar with the ward around here, it will not surprise you that this diet was submitted by Linda Z, Terri P, and Lorraine J. Those women crack me up!
