Dress Pattern

I just wanted to add, for any of you that are interested, that I used Simplicity pattern 4384 for the round skirt. I just used piece number 5 and that's it. I didn't even unpack the directions on the pattern, because I didn't make the rest of it.

For the tiered skirt, Mazie's layers are six inches wide, and Josie's are four inches wide. I measured the shirt and made the first layer one and a half times the circumference. Then each tier is one and a half times the length of the previous. You could add a fourth tier if you wanted a tea-length skirt.
