On a completely different note, Mazie is watching Mermaidia in Spanish. Have you ever heard Mermaidia in Spanish? It's hilarious. She likes it because they all talk in these high-pitched voices. I can hardly understand a single word of it since they talk so fast. One of my friends here served a mission in Chile. She's tried to teach her kids some Spanish as the grow up. Mazie and her little friends were running around yesterday saying, "Hola!" Oh, to be five again. Everything is an adventure.

I love the enthusiasm that kids bring to everything. We went to the zoo and the kids were so thrilled with everything even though it was too cold for a lot of the animals to really be out or active. Joshua was constantly saying, "Wook, Daddy! Wook!" And I am so with you on the spring thing. We are closer to it than you are, but the WIND!
ReplyDeleteI hear you about the spanish!
ReplyDeleteI was listening to a spanish radio station in the car with my kids and I was laughing because of all the funny voices and accents they use. Levi was laughing too and I asked him why. HE said they are telling each other funny things!
Our forecast is wind wind and more wind! I'm ready for summer too!
ReplyDeleteMy kids love watching their favorite movies in different languages. It's one more reason why I like DVD's with special features!
ReplyDeleteI'm so ready for Spring! Isn't it an unwritten rule that we always have nice weather for April General Conference? Well, it should be!
ReplyDeleteI'm freezing. I should not be freezing during SPRING break! I want to break out my capri's and flip flops! I hope both of our forecasts change asap.
ReplyDeleteHi. I just found your blog. We have one too. Jasonbollesfamily.blogspot.com. I served a mission in Chile, as well. When was she there, do you know? I was there in 1995-96...yes, I'm getting older!
